== The Position == An exciting full time opportunity has become available at a prominent hospital in Queensland for a passionate Staff Specialist in Vascular Surgery. In this role, you will be joining a supportive team and working alongside a part-time Academic vascular specialist, RMOS and registrars. Professional development is a key component in this role where you will take the opportunity to share your experiences and knowledge through teaching, as well as contributing to research. You will utilise your impressive skills by performing procedures such as endovascular aneurysm repair, open and combined procedures, open aortic surgery and many more with roughly 700 procedures being performed per year.  In addition, you will carry out in-patient ward rounds, out-patient clinics and perform procedures from the established endovascular surgery list. You will participate in an emergency on-call roster, approximately 1:3.
