Owner and Director of Wavelength International, Claire brings a strong background in medical recruitment to address the needs of the healthcare industry.

Chris is the Chief Executive Officer of Wavelength, bringing 30-years of senior recruitment management experience to help us align our services more closely to our clients and candidates' needs.

Katrina joined in 2022 as Wavelength's first Chief Experience Officer, leading Marketing and aiming to shift Wavelength to a more customer-centric organisation.

Paul is Wavelength's General Manager for Hospital Services, Locum. He is responsible for leading our Junior Doctor, Specialist and Psychiatry locum recruitment teams.

Crystal is Wavelength's General Manager for General Practice & Hospital Services Perm, and also leading the Regulatory & Migration and Divergent Careers Teams.

Nigel is Wavelength's General Manager for Finance, bringing over 20 years of experience to the table. His wealth of expertise spans various sectors, with a particular focus on the Services industry.

Carole joined Wavelength in 2008 and has occupied multiple roles throughout the years. She is now the Partnership & Contracts Manager, taking care of tenders, partnerships and operational initiatives.

Elinor is the Leader of the Regulatory & Migration team, bringing over a decade of experience in registration, Medicare requirements and the broader migration process.

Mel has been at Wavelength since 2010. With her specialised knowledge and skills, she is now Wavelength's Recruitment Operations Manager.
