Healthcare Provider Partnerships

Since 1999, we have partnered with over 1,480 healthcare providers. Here’s a sample of some of our client successes over the last 24+ years.

National General Practice Group

This Healthcare Group had struggled to attract General Practitioners to 80 corporate clinics across Australia. Facing a number of operational challenges including recruiting additional staff, we helped place over 50 GP around the country including Dubbo, Brisbane and NSW Central Coast.

Calvary Hospital, Canberra

Staffing their Emergency Department with FIFO Consultants at a significant cost, Calvary Hospital wanted to redesign their ED by employing their own Registrars. We successfully recruited six ED Consultants, three Registrars and five Senior RMOs to be trained as an alternative to Registrars.

Regional Government Healthcare

By leveraging our comprehensive understanding of immigration processes and maintaining close collaboration with the client’s HR staff and recruiters, we were able to place more than 110 nursing positions. Over 50% of candidates were assisted by our RMS team during their visa application process.

Mackay Hospital & Health Service -Telehealth

Experiencing long hospital wait lists, high patient transfer costs and doctor travel costs, we implemented a telehealth platform to improve cost efficiencies. Wait times were reduced from 15 months to three weeks, increasing the number of appointments while also reducing the amount of no-shows.

"Today's market place is changing at such a rapid rate and I strongly believe one of the things we do best at Wavelength is listen to our clients. We're genuinely inquisitive because it's the only way we can truly understand what's actually possible and how we can genuinely add value."
