== The Position == As a Specialist in Anaesthesia, you will provide the highest quality of care to patients presented to the department. You will provide a high quality anaesthetic service including both clinical and administrative duties. The ideal candidate is someone who has sound clinical experience and skills within the field and a demonstrated ability and willingness to work with a team ensuring a multidisciplinary approach to service delivery. For those qualified, you may be considered for an academic co-appointment at the affiliated Medical School. The academic appointee would undertake some teaching and/or research.   This position is up to full time, with full time and fractional applications considered. The successful applicant will also be required to participate in the on-call roster, undertaking one on-call period for every 4 lists worked.    The Hospital Located just a short distance from Melbourne, this teaching hospital is one of the region's largest employers with more than 1900 staff.
