== The Position == Due to growth, Wavelength is currently seeking a hardworking and passionate Specialist in Obstetrician and Gynaecologist for a full time opportunity. If you?re looking to advance your career in a supportive environment then this may be the perfect role for you. Utilising your previous experience you will provide leadership in the area of medical policy and strategic direction for the delivery of Obstetric and Gynaecological services. You will also ensure patients receive a high quality of care and liaise with other clinical specialities to coordinate this. In addition to this you will assist with effective bed management and discharge. Reporting to the Director of Medical Services you will Support the recruitment, development and performance of medical staff.     The Hospital This fantastic Hospital provides an integrated health service encompassing acute, primary health and aged residential care. Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week the hospital employs over 400 employees dedicated to providing quality services and upholding the company values. The hospital consists of 69 registered inpatient beds, 2 operating theatres, Primary Health, Community and Home Care services and an 8-bed day procedure unit, Plus Chemotherapy / Dialysis / Sleep Studies.
