== The Position == As an RMO joining this leading health service in the field of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, you will work alongside the Consultants, subspecialty Consultants and accredited Senior Registrars to assist with delivering the highest quality clinical care to all patients. Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will have the ability and communication skills to build strong rapport with all patients and other team members and you will be willing to participate in the after-hours and weekend roster. One of your responsibilities will be the management of all the patients in and patients out activity.   With a 12 month contract available, you will be ready to start in February 2017. The Hospital Co-based with a private hospital and spread across two campuses, this public hospital services the northern population of Australia?s capital city. With services on offer including 24-hr Emergency Care, Medical Imaging, Cancer and Oncology, Surgery and maternity service, this hospital consists of 256 beds and works towards the principles of compassionate, quality care.   As for the maternity service itself, there is a birth centre, birthing suite and various delivery options that can be discussed. == The Location == This cosmopolitan city full of academic, artistic and cultural pursuits offers a great contrast between nature and urban living. As for University education there are two main tertiary institutions that provide superior higher education and attract students from far and wide to complete world class undergraduate, postgraduate and doctorate qualifications.   == Essential Criteria == To be successful in applying for this position you must have at least 2 years postgraduate experience and AHPRA General Registration. With prior experience in the field of Obstetrics and Gynaecology you will be ready to start the role immediately.
