== The Position == As an ICU registrar, you will join a state-of-the-art facility which is led by and supported by approachable Intensivists with their CICM fellowship. You will find their support immediately available and you will also have access to various learning resources and regular teaching to allow you to perform and develop in your role in a safe and effective manner. With various vacancies available, the hospital is seeking Registrars to commence ASAP and a contract of 6 or 12 months can be offered. The Hospital This 160 bed acute care facility is fully accredited by the Australian Council on Healthcare Standards (ACHS). It is also accredited as a teaching hospital with the University of Tasmania Rural Clinical School and offers services such as Emergency Medicine, Surgery, General Medicine and Intensive Care. With the Intensive Care unit services provided include advanced mechanical ventilation, continuous renal replacement, haemodynamic monitoring, Echocardiography, ultrasound guided procedures, bronchoscopy and other ICU therapies.  == The Location == Tasmania is known as a place of wild and beautiful landscapes.
