== The Position == An opportunity has become available for an Emergency Medicine specialist to join an enthusiastic team of 10 consultants who have a successful training program for trainees. The department has 48,000 attendances per year, 25% of which are paediatric. The Hospital This District Health Board provides care to an area population of 170,000 people through their facilities located in the North Island. The 246 bed major referral hospital provides all emergency services for the entire area.
