== The Position == The Director of Clinical Services will provide executive and clinical leadership to drug and alcohol services. In liaison with the Director of Operations, you will ensure the effective clinical management of services and the workforce inclusive of 10 x Addiction Medicine Consultants, a Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist, the Director of Nursing, a Senior Clinical Psychologist, a Senior Pharmacist, a Senior Social Worker and additional management staff.  This is an exciting, hands-on, leadership role ? in this position, you will lead innovation and change and provide specialist medical advice on the development and delivery of services for people with alcohol and other drug related problems. You will support the development and implementation of sound clinical governance and risk management processes and oversee medical education and clinical research activities. The Health Service This service was established in 2010 and provides a range of treatment services for people experiencing problems associated with their alcohol and other drug use, as well as support for families. The aim of the service is to strengthen and better integrate the State's network of services relating to the prevention, treatment, professional education and training and research activities in the drug and alcohol and mental health sectors. == The Location == Perth is the capital of Western Australia and has more hours of sunshine than any other Australian capital city.
