== The Position == Wavelength is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate leader to take on the role of Director of Anaesthesia. Located in Southern coastal QLD, you will join a major hospital ready to nurture the department through a transitional period of growth and change.  You will supervise and facilitate high level clinical care through the provision of anaesthetic services whilst monitoring emerging issues. You will work across a wide spectrum of surgical cases, with a large focus on Obstetric services. Additionally, you will enjoy sharing your expertise as you facilitate and contribute to the supervision and training of colleagues, junior medical officers and students.  The Hospital The Hospital services a growing population over 150,000 and is a major health centre for the Southern coastal suburbs of QLD. The facility employs over 900 staff and offers a wide range of services such as Obstetrics, Paediatrics, Emergency and Cardiology care.
