The role: The Mobile Intensive Rehabilitation Team (MIRT) offers intensive case management support to consumers of the mental health service, providing rehabilitation and recovery programs. MIRT targets consumers with complex mental health and social issues which may result in frequent or lengthy inpatient admissions, poor engagement with services, and/or difficulty with general functioning and community living. The multidisciplinary team offers a combination of clinical and non-clinical support to consumers to address both mental health needs and improve overall quality of life.   The Health Service  You will work for a health service that provides a range of mental health services to meet the mental health needs of people living in North Queensland.
