| Conditions: | Shift starts on Monday 16th September to Sunday 6th October 2024 One return economy airfare for locum only from home to Brisbane Airport return. (if the locum travels between this period the cost of this travel is at their own expense) Accommodation/Vehicle: An allowance up to a maximum of $150/day inclusive of GST (not a flat rate), will only be paid on submission of an invoice with supporting original receipts. Accommodation: Accommodation will be paid if locum resides further than 50 kms from Caboolture Hospital or during Night Shift roster. (Agency/Locum is responsible for making these arrangements and must invoice Caboolture Hospital). Vehicle: Locums can either claim for a hire car with no fuel reimbursement or they can use their own vehicle and claim the 0.85c per km for fuel (Agency/Locum is responsible for making these arrangements and must invoice Caboolture Hospital). |
