| Conditions: | Locum Dates: Start ASAP for 13 weeks Minimum 3 days. On-Call: Will need to participate in the overnight on call roster, proportionate to FTE and will also need to cover day duty psychiatrist as needed |
| Credentials: | NSW Hospital Paperwork, Immunisations/Vaccinations, Indemnity, Medicare Provider Number, CRC, Medicare PN, & WWCC (if applicable) |
