The Practice
Be part of a team, comprising of seven Aboriginal Health Workers, two registered nurses, and a Nurse Practitioner, dedicated to making a real difference. You will be seeing approximately 32 patients per day and this full-time position offers flexibility as you could be three days on site with two days working telehealth from home in a metro area.
The practice opening hours are from 9am to 5pm with one hour for lunch. This modern clinic have three consultation rooms and a treatment room, as well as a new purpose-built building with an indigenous garden behind the clinic which community events are run. You will play a crucial role in the transformative journey and work closely with the community, implementing strategies that are not just about healthcare but also empowering individuals and addressing the broader social determinants of health through a community-led, strength-based approach.
