The Practice
This well-established private billing clinic provides quality healthcare to patients of all ages. With a diverse, country-based demographic that includes farmers and families, there is a strong focus in aged care and chronic disease management. There are four consulting rooms, a treatment room with two experienced nurses and a chronic disease nurse along with highly trained receptionists who will help manage your workload. Pathology is available on site as well as the support of a skin doctor that regularly visits from Brisbane.
This practice operates from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday and you have the flexibility to choose what hours you would like to work within these times, giving you more freedom to relax and enjoy your evenings and weekends. Due to an increasing patient demand, you will be sure to build patient loyalty with the convenience of two pharmacies located within walking distance in the township.
Apart from DPA and visa sponsorship available along with an excellent induction and orientation programme, this practice offers sign on incentives for full-time doctors to help you with relocation costs.
With no evenings, weekends or on-call requirements, you can enjoy leisurely drives to lookouts and beaches as well as vibrant Brisbane!
The Location
Ideally located halfway between north Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast, the region is steeped in history and culture as it retains much of its yesteryear charm with quaint buildings, museums, quirky shops and eateries. If you’re an adventurer or nature lover, walk to the summit and you’ll be rewarded with panoramic views at Mount Mee State Forest or enjoy the flat pathway along Stony Creek with a natural swimming hole that is a favourite with locals. The location is approximately one hour drive from Brisbane CBD so you can fuel your wanderlust in many hinterland attractions as well as Moreton Bay and Bribie Island.

RACGP PEP-Specialist Pathway eligible international candidates and GPs holding Specialist Registration with AHPRA are eligible for this role.
