The Practice
With the current patient demand growing and potential for the practice to expand, this clinic is looking for a GP to jump on board and start servicing the local community. This is a unique opportunity for a doctor to focus on their special interest and start growing within their GP career. This practice has created an extremely supportive and family friendly environment that will allow you to feel confident to grow and flourish in your GP career. The team consists of six doctors who work full time and part time across the two practices. The patient demand is steady with the current doctors seeing up to 40 patients per day.
The practice boasts an open layout with external windows as well as eight consult rooms featuring modern equipment and a treatment room with separate procedure area. Your patients will feel at ease in the spacious waiting area. The practice also features a specialised skin clinic that is well-equipped with skin examination software and surgical lighting. You will be working in a well-equipped facility that will enable you to provide second-to-none healthcare. To help you along the way, you will also have a full-time nurse and the support of an admin team that will ensure your day runs smoothly.
This practice provides patients with access to comprehensive healthcare with allied health services including a physiologist, podiatrist, dietician and pathologist both on-site and available at the nearby sister clinic. There is also a pharmacy and dentist next door, making this a convenient location for patients. Practice opening hours are 8:30am to 5pm from Monday to Friday and 9am o 1pm on weekends. The practice is happy to negotiate your work hours to find a schedule that works for you! There are occasional after-hours phone consults, however they are happy to discuss this.

Non-DPA position.
Permanent Residency or Citizenship required for this role as it there is no Health Workforce Certificate available.
GPs holding Specialist Registration with AHPRA are eligible for this role.
Women’s health experience and skills are highly desirable.
