Duration:	4 weeks minimum blocks
Conditions:	The position - You’ll be working alongside 3-4 other GPs in a modern clinic, seeing between 4-6 patients per hour. The practice uses Best Practice software, operates Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5:30 PM, and is primarily private billing. No special experience is required. The location - Nestled in the heart of Queensland's Central Highlands, Emerald is a vibrant rural town known for its rich agricultural industry and stunning natural beauty. The town offers a relaxed lifestyle with access to local amenities, parks, and the nearby Sapphire Gemfields. It’s an ideal base for exploring the region's natural attractions, including Carnarvon Gorge and Fairbairn Dam. Emerald is perfect for those seeking a balance of work and leisure in a peaceful, scenic environment. Dates - February 2025 onwards, 4-week minimum blocks Benefits - $1800 per day guarantee or 65-70% billings (dependent on experience), whichever the greater Accommodation, car and travel provided (booked by the practice) 95%+ private billings, doctors seeing 6 patients per hour are typically billings $4200-4300 per day Ongoing dates available - plan your locums for 2025 right now Requirements - Specialist AHPRA registration.
