RFDS Clinic work for regular and one-off locum GPs in NSW

Join the Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS) team and make a difference in rural and remote healthcare. We are currently seeking passionate General Practitioners across the prestigious RFDS Broken Hill (Clive Bishop Medical Centre) and the welcoming clinics in Gilgandra, Condobolin, and Warren.

Duration:	Ongoing
Conditions:	At Broken Hill, a minimum block of 2 weeks will be considered but it would be highly preferred to be able to offer multiple blocks if looking at that length of time. You will be based in the clinic for the first two weeks, with the practice operating weekdays from 9am-5pm. Bulk billing is offered and Best Practice is the software used. After the initial two weeks in the clinic, you might have the opportunity to take part in the network visits on the small aircraft for times when the permanent GPs are unable to do these. If you’re not in the position to offer ongoing blocks, the regional clinics in Gilgandra, Condobolin and Warren will consider one off blocks with a minimum of 2 weeks. You will have the opportunity to solely focus on general practice work in a rural and remote setting. Once you’ve got your feet on the ground, there are opportunities to further expand your skills in remote community clinics to those who show skills and interest in this work.
