Some of our locum positions will really test you – perhaps you’ll be thrown in at the deep end and be asked to take the lead in a small clinic, or you might be asked to pick up new tasks that are unfamiliar to you. Or, it could be that your locum position is somewhere really remote and far from your usual haunts. In our opinion, that’s all part of the experience of being a locum, which is why we look for people who are flexible, willing to adapt, and up for a bit of an adventure.
