Elinor manages the Wavelength Regulatory & Migration Team. She assists overseas-trained specialist doctors with all the registration requirements for moving to Australia and New Zealand. For +11 years, she has worked with doctors and clients to navigate the complexities of medical registration, liaising with the AMC, AHPRA, Medicare, MCNZ and many of the specialist colleges to place doctors where they are most needed, and allow doctors to realise their dream of working abroad.
