Charlie has been with Wavelength for the past 14 years, starting in 2010 as a Para Consultant. In 2012, she was promoted to a Recruitment Consultant specialising in the recruitment of locum GPs across Australia.
Since 201, Charlie has been working in this role part-time. Her primary responsibility is the recruitment of locum general practitioners for GP clinics, Indigenous Health, correctional health services, occupational health clinics and corporate organisations throughout Australia.
In addition to 14 years in medical recruitment, Charlie also has a Bachelors of Clinical Science and a Masters of Osteopathic Medicine. Her time is split between recruitment and clinical practice.
