Katrina joined Wavelength as the industry’s first Chief Experience Officer in 2022, leading marketing, digital and the broader organisation on a customer-centric transformation.
Katrina’s passions revolve around customer-centred strategies, specialising in customer and market segmentation, voice of customer, research, analysis, and user-centred design for brand, product, service and marketing/communications.
She has worked across a variety of industries, advocating for the value that a business can gain through structured voice of customer programs and customer-led innovation. She maintains professional accreditation and membership across both research and CX disciplines.
