The Position

If you're a Consultant Psychiatrist seeking a fulfilling opportunity in Perth, look no further. Several positions are available for general adult inpatient services across Perth's eastern suburbs. As a valued member of the mental health team, you'll get to lead, inspire, and mentor fellow healthcare professionals. Plus, you'll have the chance to collaborate with an amazing group including medical co-directors, service directors, and clinical leads to meet and exceed performance standards. The Hospital

The health service offers diverse mental health services for individuals aged 16 and above, spanning community services and hospital care. Split into two main divisions, it serves various suburbs across Perth. The Perth-based group, encompassing a large tertiary hospital, provides over 150 mental health beds across different demographics, including a Mental Health Emergency Centre. Inpatient and community mental health services are offered through to Armadale and includes a new Mental Health Emergency Centre. Both divisions offer specialised care, with community outreach and consultation services for adult and older adult populations.

Essential Criteria

RANZCP, and be eligible for Specialist registration with AHPRA or eligibility for substantially comparable assessment with RANZCP.
