The Position 

Join a leading metropolitan mental health service as a Consultant Psychiatrist in Adult Psychiatry, where your clinical expertise will directly shape patient outcomes. You’ll lead comprehensive assessments, develop tailored treatment plans, and ensure best-practice documentation, all while contributing to a culture of professionalism and compassionate care. 

This role offers scope beyond the clinical—engaging in the on-call roster and contributing to research. You’ll play a key role in clinical governance, quality initiatives, and patient safety, while also mentoring junior staff and driving multidisciplinary education. 

As a senior clinician, you’ll model ethical leadership, encourage team learning, and help shape service standards through active participation in departmental meetings and development programs.
