The Position

We are seeking an experienced Urologist to take on the role of Clinical Director, providing both clinical leadership and high-quality specialist care within a busy and evolving service.

This position combines hands-on clinical work with strategic oversight, including leadership of multidisciplinary teams, workforce management, and the delivery of safe, contemporary urology services across inpatient, outpatient and outreach settings. The Urology Department manages a high procedural volume, performing over 600 operations and 500 outpatient procedures annually, supported by a dedicated team of consultants, trainees and junior doctors. The service is well-equipped for both open and laparoscopic surgery and is expanding into robotic and transplant services.
