| Conditions: | Hawkesbury District Hospital Registrar General Surgery 1600 Friday 17 April until 0730 Monday 20 April Ward round and on-call cover for General Surgery including * morning ward rounds on Saturday 18 April and Sunday 19 April * on-call from 1600 Friday 17 April until 0730 Monday 20 April Onsite accommodation available. $5000 - 1600 Friday 17 April until 0730 Monday 20 April; OR $1,200 - 1600 Friday 17 April until 0730 Saturday 18 April $1,800 - 0700 Saturday 18 April until 0730 Sunday 19 April $1,800 - 0700 Sunday 20 April until 0730 Monday 20 April Please note: New locums take approximately 14 working days for full clearance before taking their first shift. You can put them forward for the position so we can commence the onboarding but note that they won’t be accepted for the booking if within 14 days. All bookings for locums are made pending completion of all mandatory compliance requirements. Any mandatory compliance components that are not finalised in time for onboarding to be completed ahead of the first shift at Hawkesbury will lead to the cancellation of any bookings. | |||
