| Conditions: | General Surgeon required Friday 28 Aug: 1900 - 0700 offsite on call Saturday 29 Aug - Monday 31 Aug: 0700 - 1900 onsite on call, then 1900 - 0700 offsite on call Tuesday 1 Sep: 0700 - 1900 onsite and on call > Handover to incoming on call Surgeon. $1000 daily for 12hour shifts (Friday and Tuesday) $2000 daily for 24hour shifts (Saturday-Sunday) General Surgery Registrar available 24/7 Travel and Accommodation provided | |||
| Credentials: | NSW Hospital paperwork (LHD specific); NSW Health online training modules; immunisations/vaccinations; Primary Degree; Fellowship & CPD Certificate (if applicable); References; CRC; NSW WWCC; Indemnity; Medicare provider number; ID check; NSW declarations (e.g. Hep B; TB; Secondary Employment; Code of Conduct); Current AHPRA Registration | |||
