| Conditions: | Millbrook Rise Centre, an extended stay and rehabilitation 27 bed hospital in New Norfolk. The Consultant Psychiatrist will spend most of their time at this site, supported by 2 Registrars, usually a Senior and a Junior Registrar. The Consultant will work with a multidisciplinary team. Tolosa Rehabilitation and Recovery Unit: a 6 bed facility in the Northern Suburbs of Hobart. The Psychiatrist will support the Registrar who visits this site (usually one half day a week), working with the facility’s multidisciplinary team. | |||
| Credentials: | TAS Hospital paperwork; Immunisations/vaccinations; Indemnity; Medicare provider number; ID check; CRC & WWCC (if applicable); Primary Degree; Fellowship & CPD Certificate (if applicable); References; Current AHPRA Registration | |||
