| Conditions: | To work in the Adult Mental Health Inpatient Unit at Hornsby Hospital from 03/08/2026 till 30/08/2026. 2.5 days a week on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursday mornings (from 8:30 am to 5 pm and 8:30 am to 12:30 pm) The after-hours and on-call details are as below: 05.08.2026-ECT-Starts at 07:45 A.M 14.08.2026-Friday-19:45 Till 08:30 15.08.2026-Saturday-19:45 Till 08:30 21.08.2026-Friday-Oncall – 19:45 Till 08:30 22.08.2026-Saturday-Oncall-19:45 Till 08:30 28.08.2026-Friday-17:00 Till 20:00 29.08.2026-Saturday-08:15 Till 20:00 | |||
| Credentials: | NSW Hospital paperwork (LHD specific); NSW Health online training modules; immunisations/vaccinations; Primary Degree; Fellowship & CPD Certificate (if applicable); References; CRC; NSW WWCC; Indemnity; Medicare provider number; ID check; NSW declarations (e.g. Hep B; TB; Secondary Employment; Code of Conduct); Current AHPRA Registration | |||
