| Conditions: | Consultation Liaison and Perinatal Emotional Health Program: Providing specialist mental health assessments and treatment advice to patients on medical and surgical wards. Provides specialist assessment and short-term management of women who are pregnant, or up to one year postpartum, and who require perinatal mental health care in a community or maternity setting and who do not have a serious and ensuring mental illness requiring management by CCT. Rehab and Recovery units Jarrah Prevention & Recovery Clinic (PARC): A 10-bed unit providing recovery oriented, psychosocial residential care delivered by clinicians and peer support workers for up to 28 days and inclusive of an open, trans-diagnostic, DBT skills-based group. Benambra Community Care Unit (CCU): A 10-bed residential unit providing medium term psychosocial rehabilitation. The Willows Community Care Unit (CCU): A 10-bed residential unit providing medium to long term psychosocial rehabilitation. | |||
| Credentials: | VIC Hospital paperwork; BLS Certificate; CRC (<12 months); VIC WWCC; immunisations/vaccinations; Primary Degree; Fellowship & CPD Certificate (if applicable); Indemnity; Medicare provider number; ID check; References; Current AHPRA Registration | |||
