| Conditions: | CAYMHS Must be prepared to work at either CAYMHS Community Wollongong (Atchinson Street) or the Child & Adolescent Inpatient Unit at Shellharbour. Membership of the Faculty of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (RANZCP) is essential. The primary purpose of the role is to provide high quality diagnostic and consultative specialty services in acute child and adolescent psychiatry, and there may also be times where cover to the adolescent inpatient unit will be required. Ensure detailed patient treatment plans are in place to support the timely management of patients and effective clinical handover processes in accordance with facility and ISLHD guidelines. Participation in the consultant on-call roster (Approximately two shifts per month maximum) and is supported by a cohesive group of experienced staff specialists Please note ISLHD MHS do not cover flights or the journey ‘to and/or from’ the placement Accommodation: ISLHD MHS will reimburse the agency on invoice for accommodation. The allowance is $220 per night plus GST. Please attach accommodation invoice/receipts marked as ‘Paid’ Hire Cars: ISLHD MHS will reimburse the cost of hire cars (medium/intermediate sedan/hatch only)- capped at $80 per day. Alternatively, if a locum is using their own car, mileage will be reimbursed to the candidate VIA Vmoney only at the 1/2 ATO rate, currently 44 cents per kilometre. There is NO allowance available for candidates that wish to make their own car hire arrangements or do not have claimable mileage. Please note ISLHD MHS do not cover flights or the journey ‘to and/or from’ the placement. | |||
