| Conditions: | Saturday, 27 December 2025 0800-1700 Sunday, 28 December 2025 0800-1700 Monday, 29 December 2025 0800-1700 Tuesday, 30 December 2025 0800-0900 - Handover SCN is a level 4 Nursey. We accept in born babies from 34 weeks gestation. We also accept back transfers from John Hunter Hospital NICU/ SCN from 32 weeks if stable (this on case by case basis). The paediatric ward accepts patients up to 16 years of age (to 18 years if they are complex patients known to the medical team and have not yet been transitioned to adult care). | |||
| Credentials: | NSW Hospital paperwork (LHD specific); NSW Health online training modules; immunisations/vaccinations; Primary Degree; Fellowship & CPD Certificate (if applicable); References; CRC; NSW WWCC; Indemnity; Medicare provider number; ID check; NSW declarations (e.g. Hep B; TB; Secondary Employment; Code of Conduct); Current AHPRA Registration | |||
