| Conditions: | Goulburn hospital is seeking Orthopaedic Registrar for coverage of a month long block between 12 Nov and 13 Dec at $130 per hour for 0700 - 1700 and $1650 for 24hr on call shifts. Travel and accommodation provided. The locum registrar will be required to cover the following oncall shifts: 13, 14, 15, 19, 23, 27, 28 and 29 Nov. December oncall dates TBC it will consist of a 3-day block covering Friday-Sunday and 3 additional on-calls interspersed in the weekdays. | |||
| Credentials: | NSW Hospital paperwork (LHD specific); NSW Health online training modules; immunisations/vaccinations; Primary Degree; Fellowship & CPD Certificate (if applicable); References; CRC; NSW WWCC; Indemnity; Medicare provider number; ID check; NSW declarations (e.g. Hep B; TB; Secondary Employment; Code of Conduct); Current AHPRA Registration | |||
