| Conditions: | CMO preferred will consider a Registrar Transit Lounge/Infusion lounge. (Not for MH or Drug and Alcohol, Evo won't let me select a different title) Assist with infusions, writing scripts, planning discharges etc 0800-1630 Mon-Fri no afterhours Allowances: • Return airfares from Sydney/Brisbane/Melbourne to Coffs Harbour capped at $450 return • Accommodation provided (must be willing to share accommodation and we are unable to accommodate pets) • Use of fleet vehicle if required | |||
| Credentials: | NSW Hospital paperwork (LHD specific); NSW Health online training modules; immunisations/vaccinations; Primary Degree; Fellowship & CPD Certificate (if applicable); References; CRC; NSW WWCC; Indemnity; Medicare provider number; ID check; NSW declarations (e.g. Hep B; TB; Secondary Employment; Code of Conduct); Current AHPRA Registration | |||
