| Conditions: | Shifts: 10am to 0830pm Med Reg ED days - Discharge planning, handover to the Night Med Reg Registrar - General Med ED Reg week on week off starting 23rd July, potential to extend to the end of the year If a Night Med Reg locum cancels this role is designed to be switched from days to Night as a back up plan. Allowances: • Return airfares from Sydney/Brisbane/Melbourne to Coffs Harbour capped at $450 return • Accommodation provided (must be willing to share accommodation and we are unable to accommodate pets) • Use of fleet vehicle if required | |||
| Credentials: | NSW Hospital paperwork (LHD specific); NSW Health online training modules; immunisations/vaccinations; Primary Degree; Fellowship & CPD Certificate (if applicable); References; CRC; NSW WWCC; Indemnity; Medicare provider number; ID check; NSW declarations (e.g. Hep B; TB; Secondary Employment; Code of Conduct); Current AHPRA Registration | |||
