| Conditions: | Nephrologist/General Medicine dual trained Consultant required Wednesday 14 Oct 0800 - 1700 - Distrubution only Thursday 15 Oct 0800 - 1700: Distribution AM/ Clinic PM - Attend handover in the rehabilitation meeting room. General Medicine rounds with BPT and intern during the morning, Renal clinic from 12pm. Friday 16 Oct 0800 - 0800: Attend handover in the rehabilitation meeting room. Distribution AM, Renal PM. Physician on call on site 1500-1700, off site 1700 - 0800. Transfer of care of existing patients. Set up tasks for JMOs and Registrars. Take calls for admissions and additional call enquiries. 12 Pm Renal CLinic Saturday 17 Oct: Physician on call on site 0800 - 1700, off site 1700 - 0800. Follow up with existing patient base and review admissions. Take calls for admissions and answer enquiries. Sunday 18 Oct: Physician on call on site 0800 - 1700, off site 1700 - 0800. Follow up with existing patient base and review admissions. Take calls for admissions and answer enquiries. Monday 19 Oct: 0800 - 0800 Physician on call on site 0800 - 1700, off site 1700 - 0800. Follow up with existing patient base and review admissions. Take calls for admissions and answer enquiries. Tuesday 20 Oct 0800 - 1700 Distrubution only Attend morning handover Registrar and intern support available. Travel and accommodation provided by the hospital. $2500 daily rate | |||
