| Conditions: | Friday, 12 December 2025 0800-1630 hrs ICU $180 per hour - CMO/Registrar/SRMO Doctors who are approved for all areas of the Hospital may need to be re-allocated during their shift due to operational requirements. Please note: New locums take approximately 14 working days for full clearance before taking their first shift. You can put them forward for the position so we can commence the onboarding but note that they won’t be accepted for the booking if within 14 days. | |||
| Credentials: | NSW Hospital paperwork (LHD specific); NSW Health online training modules; immunisations/vaccinations; Primary Degree; Fellowship & CPD Certificate (if applicable); References; CRC; NSW WWCC; Indemnity; Medicare provider number; ID check; NSW declarations (e.g. Hep B; TB; Secondary Employment; Code of Conduct); Current AHPRA Registration | |||
