| Credentials: | TAS Hospital paperwork; Immunisations/vaccinations; Indemnity; Medicare provider number; ID check; CRC & WWCC (if applicable); Primary Degree; Fellowship & CPD Certificate (if applicable); References; Current AHPRA Registration | |||
