The Position

These 12-month hospital opportunities are open to junior doctors, registrars, and clinical fellows from the UK and Ireland seeking to expand their clinical experience within the Australian healthcare system. Positions are available in Emergency Medicine and General Medicine across accredited and non-accredited training environments.

You will work as part of supportive multidisciplinary teams, manage a broad range of clinical presentations, and develop strong practical skills in well-resourced hospital settings. Contracts align with the NSW Health state award and are matched to your clinical experience, career goals, and preferred lifestyle.

Start dates are available for February 2026, with August 2026 intakes also available.
