| Conditions: | Monday-Friday Roster. In charge of 14 bed Subacute Unit with HMO support 0800-1600 Monday-Friday (as well as nurses and other multidisciplinary teams). Includes 2 x General Medicine On Call shifts for 16yrs+ patients – for admissions. Referrals for acute medicine from external hospitals goes directly to the Geriatrician during office hours. Acute Ward has 2 x HMOs on a morning shift and 1 x HMO on the afternoon | |||
| Credentials: | VIC Hospital paperwork; BLS Certificate; CRC (<12 months); VIC WWCC; immunisations/vaccinations; Primary Degree; Fellowship & CPD Certificate (if applicable); Indemnity; Medicare provider number; ID check; References; Current AHPRA Registration | |||
