The Position

This is an excellent opportunity for two General Practitioners to join a fast‑growing, community‑focused general practice in Melbourne’s north. The roles are available on a full‑time or part‑time basis, with flexibility around sessions to support work–life balance.

Due to strong patient demand and ongoing growth, incoming GPs will step into an established and busy patient base, with doctors currently seeing around 40 patients per day. New GPs are typically fully booked almost immediately after commencing.

The practice values continuity of care, preventative health and long‑term patient relationships, making this an ideal role for GPs seeking stability in a supportive, well‑run environment.

The Practice

This is a modern, purpose‑built, fully accredited general practice, owned and led by experienced GPs. The clinic is designed to support high‑quality, patient‑centred care, with spacious consulting rooms, excellent natural light and efficient workflows.

The practice is fully computerised using Best Practice software and HotDocs, and features eight consulting rooms and a dedicated treatment room. You’ll be joining a collaborative team of GPs supported by experienced nurses, a practice manager and reception staff, allowing you to focus on patient care rather than administration.

Clinical services are comprehensive, with a strong emphasis on family medicine, preventative health and chronic disease management. Onsite services include pathology, speech pathology and podiatry, and the practice is well regarded within the local community for its welcoming approach and quality care.

The clinic operates seven days per week from 9:00am to 5:30pm, with no on‑call requirements, offering flexibility and genuine work‑life balance.

Located in a thriving, family‑oriented suburb approximately 25 minutes from Melbourne’s CBD, this area offers excellent schools, local shopping, green spaces and strong transport links. Proximity to Melbourne Airport and major arterial roads makes commuting easy and convenient.
