Summary
A new, purpose-built medical centre operated by a well-established practice network is opening in Brisbane’s eastern corridor and is seeking a VR GP to join the foundation team. Located within a high traffic retail hub, this is an excellent opportunity to establish your practice in a modern clinic with guaranteed income, strong community visibility and immediate patient demand from day one.

Pay rate: $200 per hour guaranteed or 70% of billings
The Practice
This newly established medical centre is scheduled to open from 1 July (or earlier if doctors are secured) and has been purpose-built to support efficient, high‑quality primary care. The clinic will operate as a universal Bulk Billing practice, supporting accessibility for a diverse and growing local population and offering GPs access to bulk-billing incentives.
The practice will be supported by an experienced practice manager, registered nursing staff, and is actively recruiting both a female GP and a male GP to form the founding clinical team, with plans for continued growth as demand continues. The clinic will operate on Best Practice software, ensuring streamlined workflows and strong clinical systems from opening day.
Located within a busy retail environment, the clinic will benefit from high visibility, walk‑in traffic, easy parking and strong surrounding infrastructure, supporting consistent patient flow. Sign-on incentives are available for doctors already practising in the local area.

Positioned in Brisbane’s eastern region, the practice is located approximately 20km from Brisbane CBD and offers an excellent balance of accessibility, residential growth and lifestyle convenience. Situated within a major retail and service precinct, the clinic provides easy access to public transport, parking and day‑to‑day amenities.

Essential Criteria
Experience/skills in women’s health beneficial.
Non-DPA position.
Australian Permanent Residency or Australian or New Zealand citizenship required.
GPs holding Specialist Registration with AHPRA are eligible for this role.
