The Practice

Operating for 6 years, this GP-owned and run practice is well-established within the local community. The clinic is fully bulk billing to maximise Medicare incentives, with additional private billing available for skin checks and procedures.

Currently home to three GPs and a full-time nurse, there is capacity to expand the team with another doctor due to consistently high patient demand. An interest in womens’ and child health would be ideal to satisfy patient demand in these areas. The clinic has built a strong, loyal patient base and benefits from clear policies and efficient systems.

Opening hours are 8:30am to 6pm Monday to Friday and 8:30am to 12pm on Saturday mornings. There is a strong focus on skin work and aesthetics, including skin checks, cosmetic treatments (Botox, fillers), and laser procedures, offering an excellent opportunity to diversify billings.
