Summary
An outstanding opportunity for a VR GP to join a well-established, doctor-owned mixed-billing practice on the Gold Coast. This growing clinic is experiencing significant patient demand, with the principal GP currently unable to keep up with appointment requests and regularly closing his books. This is an ideal opportunity for a GP looking to step into an existing patient base from day one and build a busy, long-term practice.
- Established practice with 15,000 registered patients and strong unmet demand

Pay Rate: 70% of billings with a guaranteed income of $200,000 for the first 12 months. Higher billing percentages of up to 80% may be considered for exceptional candidates.
The Practice
This modern, GP-owned and operated mixed-billing clinic has been caring for the local community for more than 10 years. The clinic currently operates with one GP and a dedicated nurse who manages care plans and chronic disease management. There are six consulting rooms, two treatment rooms, on-site pathology, online booking facilities, self check-in kiosks and ample on-site parking.
The practice offers Monday to Friday consulting hours, with weekend on-call support for existing patients via private telehealth only. Patient demand is exceptionally strong, with the GP principal currently seeing 40 to 50 patients per day and regularly restricting bookings due to capacity constraints.
Incoming GPs will benefit from immediate access to an established patient base and the opportunity to develop special interests, including skin cancer medicine, as the practice continues to expand its skin services. There may also be future opportunities to become involved in registrar supervision as the practice grows.

Specialist Registration with AHPRA and VR rights with Medicare required
Australian PR or Australian/New Zealand citizenship required
