The Clinic

This Urgent Care Clinic provides high quality acute and episodic care in a fast paced, well structured setting. The clinic operates daily from 8am to 8pm, offering extended hours outside of the traditional general practice environment.

GPs are supported by a strong nursing and administrative team, ensuring efficient patient flow and clinical safety. You will typically be paired with another GP during shifts, allowing for collaboration, support and balanced workloads during peak periods. This role is well suited to GPs with experience in urgent care, emergency medicine or high acuity general practice, with flexibility available for casual, ad hoc shifts or regular rostered sessions each week.

Located in Cairns, this role offers the opportunity to work in one of Far North Queensland’s key regional centres with consistent patient demand year round. Essential Criteria

Experience/skills in urgent care or emergency medicine required.

DPA position and visa sponsorship available.

GPs holding FRACGP or FACRRM and Specialist Registration with AHPRA are eligible for this role.
