We are seeking a motivated GP VMO or ED FACEM to support the Emergency Department and general clinical services at Scott Memorial Hospital, a 24/7 regional facility providing emergency, medical, surgical and allied health care to the Upper Hunter community. This role offers clinical autonomy within a supportive rural team environment and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in regional healthcare. Standard shift times are 0800–2200, with a 2000 finish negotiable at a lower rate if preferred. Located in the heart of the Upper Hunter, Scone is known as Australia’s horse capital and offers a relaxed lifestyle, strong community spirit and beautiful rural surrounds. The town is approximately 2 hours’ drive from Newcastle and around 3 hours from Sydney, with rail connections also available - providing accessible travel while enjoying the benefits of country living. | |||
