You must be able to work unsupervised and handle all aspects of anaesthesia care. All shifts are 24 hours from 0800 to 0800, with flexibility to accommodate travel needs. The role involves scheduled theatre lists during the day and being on call overnight (Required to provide airway support in Emergency Department as needed whilst on-call). GP Anaesthetists will assist with elective lists, emergency cases, and obstetrics. Plus, locums presenting for more than 7 days on-call will require 2 mandatory rest days for fatigue management. Please ensure accommodation is booked as per Locum Placement Guide. Travel up to $800 reimbursed (flights or mileage only). Inverell is well-known for its sapphires.
