| Conditions: | This is a wonderful opportunity to base yourself in a stunning coastal location, easily accessible from Newcastle and Sydney. The Tomaree GP clinic forms part of the quaint yet highly efficient hospital whereby it serves the communities of Nelson Bay, Salamander Bay, Fingal Bay, and beyond. With this role you will be based within the well-established clinic only, providing cover Monday – Friday from 8.30am – 17.00pm, with no afterhours, on-call or weekend work required. You will join a friendly and experienced team in a modern, well-equipped clinic working alongside nursing support. With the requirements running from the 23rd March – 18th September, they are hoping for the entire period or larger blocks of cover to be provided to help bring continuity of care to the surrounding population of valued patients. Travel, car and accommodation budgets can be provided, allowing you to settle into this relaxing community renowned for its stunning beaches, dolphin and whale watching adventures and paddle boarding in the bay, as well as hikes that offer stunning coastal views. With the 14 bed hospital co-located, there will be other medical professions available and who offer services from general medicine, geriatrics, emergency care and minor surgery. This facility is well equipped to handle a variety of patient needs.
