| Conditions: | Based on the largest island in the Gulf of Carpentaria, in this particular community it is primarily supporting a non-indigenous community as it supports those working in the mining industry. The clinic is open Monday to Friday with no on-call or weekend work required. The role is supported by other Senior Medical Practitioners at the other clinic as well as nursing and allied health support within the clinic. Those who have gained experience working in a remote setting will be most suitable. Paying $2000 per day plus GST, accommodation and access to a vehicle are provided along with flights. Groote Eylandt is a unique and rewarding destination for travellers seeking unspoilt landscapes and rich Indigenous culture.
