| Conditions: | This is a Monday–Friday role with no on-call or weekend work, joining a highly supportive multidisciplinary Aboriginal Medical Service team. You’ll work 8:30am–5:00pm using Communicare, providing primary care with a focus on maternal and child health, chronic disease management, mental health and palliative care. The clinic also offers telehealth and works closely with an on-site Social and Emotional Wellbeing Centre. | |||
